How long have you been doing this type of work?

If I answered this honestly, I might have to kill you!  Though truly, it’s decades as opposed to years!

 

 

Does location matter?

 

Not in the slightest!  Good internet access and compliance with national laws covering legal and data protection matters and awareness of time zones, means I can work with clients from all over the world.

Is our work protected by a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement?

 

Absolutely.  Details of this are incorporated in my Client Agreement form which all clients are provided with.

How do I know I can trust you and that we will work well together?

 

To safeguard against any fears you may have in this regard, I have put a number of measures in place.  Firstly, we can have a brief Skype chat to ensure we’re a good fit for each other; secondly I am happy to proffer contact details of existing/previous clients who can expand on their testimonials and thirdly, I would always recommend that we commence any retainer package on a one month trial basis.

What are your payment terms and how do I pay you?

 

All of my services are payable in advance using IBAN bank transfer or TransferWise, depending on your location.
