Delegation is an Art!

 

Maybe it’s time to ask yourself the following:

 

• Is my current workload bogging me down?

 

• Would delegating enable me to grow my business?

 

• If I delegated, what could I achieve with an additional 10/15 hours a week?

 

• Do I really need to write my own blog; manage my own social media?

 

• Am I invaluable to my business’s growth?
